They have no dispatch and NO radio communication between them. Obviously the female driver who knew we were waiting did not notify him. He explained that him and another driver were in their very late lunch break sitting at the temple and doing nothing while we were waiting. Instead of driving us down to Springdale, he takes the trip back to the Sinawava temple and waits another few minutes for stray customers, then brings us down in town. Of note, in the 50 minutes we waited prior to our scheduled departure, NO van passed by (except for 2 dozen of other companies that were buzzing like busy bees - Red Rock was there in the parking lot at least 10 times).Ĥ0 minutes later another driver comes in: "I heard there are some angry customers here". She told me that I would have to "wait a bit" because there are 5 drivers going back and forth and soon another van will come. We arrived early at the grotto but unfortunately when the driver arrived in the parking lot, she told us she has only 2 available spots in the van instead of 3. He had a huge sign that basically asked for tips. George now.The morning trip to the Grotto was fine, the driver gave some good advice but also gave uncalled and excessively dramatic information about the Angels Landing. They both have their designated pickup/dropoff in St George, and for an extra charge will offer door-to-door service. If you have to claim bags at Terminal 3, you'll have to use the intra-terminal shuttle. ![]() If you have only carry on luggage and arrive at E or D gates, you can use the train inside security to get to Terminal 1.
